Dyslexic Postcards – The Shakes That You Make Single Review.

Florida based band, Dyslexic Postcards, have brought some seriously addictive sounds in the form of their latest single, The Shakes That You Make.

The single has been taken from the band’s debut EP, Spare the Altar, which you can listen to here.

A slightly more stripped back verse opens the track, before harsh riffs and synth kick in making the chorus just as unforgettable as the quirky band name. Fantastic vocals grip you from the offset. I’d be surprised if you’re not shouting the lyrics before the song is even over.

The official video for the single is too wild to explain, but I don’t think anything any simpler would work with the track so well. It’s captured Dyslexic Postcards’ personality perfectly.

Take a look at the video here:

They know exactly where they want to go with their music and I love it. Bring on an album.
